3/9/· I''ve got a pipe, approximately 75mm o.d. plastic with a hole in it. The problem is no-one knows where the stop cock is and chances are that it''s been fenced off with no way for us (or Thames Water) to access it. Does anyone know of a way of fixing a pipe this size
